All musical echoes created are owned exclusively by Tunes of Echoes. When you purchase a track from our platform, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only.

You are strictly prohibited from:

  • Reselling any music track purchased from Tunes of Echoes
  • Distributing music to outside sources or third parties
  • Using purchased tracks for commercial purposes without written consent
  • Claiming ownership or authorship of any purchased tracks
  • Uploading tracks to streaming platforms or music distribution services

Personal Use License

Your purchase grants you the right to:

  • Download and store the purchased tracks on your personal devices
  • Listen to the music for your personal enjoyment
  • Create personal playlists including the purchased tracks

This license is personal to you and cannot be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person or entity.

Echo Submissions

When you submit your story ("echo") through our platform:

  • You grant Tunes of Echoes the right to use your story as inspiration for creating original music
  • Any music created from your submission becomes the exclusive property of Tunes of Echoes
  • You may be credited as the story inspiration, but this does not grant you any ownership rights
  • Submission does not guarantee that music will be created from your story

Copyright Infringement

Violation of these terms, including unauthorized resale or distribution of our music, may result in:

  • Immediate termination of your account and license
  • Legal action for copyright infringement
  • Claims for damages and lost revenue
